You are the admin. They own it.
Each client is a separate account, so one client's private notes can never reach another client's visitors. Either side can end the arrangement at any time.
Client data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Read the data processing agreement and the sub-processor list.

- Client chats carry no Tonetuned logo or link. Visitors see the client's assistant name and colour, plus the “AI assistant” label that the EU AI Act requires.
- What a client seat includes
- Starter limits: 2,500 visitor messages a month, 1 assistant, 2 file or website imports a month, up to 100 pages or files each. A client on a seat never runs into the free-plan limits.
- Wholesale billing
- One subscription for your agency, priced per client seat. You set your own price to clients and bill them yourself; there are no commissions to track. The seat price is agreed with our first agencies.
- Built for your stack
- Install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Framer and more. A REST API and MCP server if you would rather script the setup.
